We will not issue refunds for BearFlix Pro software purchases.
In order to continue bringing our large user base the superior level of features and performance you've come to expect with BearFlix Pro, we are unable to manually process refunds due to time constraints.
Therefore we are making it very clear up front: no refunds for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, cases where BearFlix Pro performs poorly on your computer or does not function completely, and/or cases where you purchase BearFlix Pro to run on your non-Windows operating system.
We know that BearFlix Pro is worth the money, but because we cannot offer refunds, we encourage all users to think it through before purchasing the software.
If you have any doubt whether or not the software is for you, you can try BearFlix by downloading the ad-supported version of BearFlix first. Then, if you figure out that you like it, you can uninstall the ad-supported version and purchase BearFlix Pro.
